Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available for eligible products within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability.

Eligible Exchanges

       Wrong item received due to a Sunmed fulfillment error.

       Customer preference change (different flavor, potency, or format).

       Defective or damaged product received.

Exchanges are not available on final sale, clearance, or promotional bundle items. Each order is eligible for one exchange.

How to Exchange

Email support@shopsunmedwellness.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the item you'd like instead. We'll issue an Exchange Authorization and return instructions. Once the original item is received and inspected, your replacement ships within 3–5 business days.

Price Differences

If the new item costs more, we'll charge the difference before shipping. If it costs less, we'll issue store credit valid for 12 months.
